Development of an LSPR Nanoaptasensor for AFB1 Screening in Amaranth Extract Solutions
LSPR nanoaptasensor based on gold nanotriangles and aptamers were developed for the determination of AFB1 in the ppbs level. We tested our nanosensor using different solvents systems and in a complex matrix such as amaranth or kiwicha.
