This study focuses on the development of a social robot as a tool to introduce Peruvian girls to STEAM areas. The goal of AllyBot is to stimulate girls’ interest in engaging with these areas through collaborative activities and progressive learning. Additionally, the proposed robot can be customized in appearance by the girls, and they can receive positive feedback to promote their self-esteem and confidence in the development of activities. Through these means, the study aims to have a positive impact on Peruvian girls, increasing their participation in STEAM areas and considering STEAM careers as viable options for their futures.
